Criex Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

Welcome to Criex. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Criex and its users. By visiting the Criex website or app, registering an account, playing any game, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

One person, one account policy:

Criex strictly enforces a "one person — one account" policy. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Criex support immediately.

Only users aged 18 or above may create an account and access our services on Criex. We follow strict age verification procedures to protect minors.

What may be required for identity verification:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Payment Method Verification

Criex may request identity verification at any time — particularly for large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This is done entirely for your own protection.

Criex supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh. All deposit and withdrawal policies are clearly outlined below.

Deposit rules:

Criex does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges. Criex bears no responsibility for such fees.

Welcome Bonus:

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum wagering requirement of 5x must be met before the bonus can be used.

General Terms for Bonuses:

• Bonus offers are applicable once per person only

To keep Criex a fair and safe platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse or exploiting fraudulent methods to gain advantages
• Hacking, manipulation, or using software to influence game outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Playing on behalf of, or managing an account for, a minor
• Registration using fake ID or false information
• Exploiting system bugs or errors for personal gain

You may close your account at any time. Simply contact Criex support and submit a request to close your account.

Account closure by Criex:

Criex reserves the right to close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• If fraudulent activity is detected
• Providing false information
• Suspected money laundering
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 2 years)

Self-Exclusion (restricting your own account):

As part of responsible gaming, you can set your own account restrictions — such as deposit limits, session limits, or a temporary account suspension. Please contact support for assistance.
